By taking 10-15 minutes of space before your sessions to breathe and transition into your experience. And most importantly, allowing yourself to choose a therapeutic process that fits with your life.

  • Both! I offer virtual and in person sessions to fit what works best for you. Maybe you want to do a hybrid version and come in person some of the time while doing virtual when the weather is bad. Most importantly, you need a private and comfortable place to participate in therapy, whether that’s my office or your living room!

  • It depends! Therapy unfolds differently for different folks, and our work together will be specific to YOU. Some people need more time to build safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship, while others might come to therapy for just a few months. Together we will create a plan that feels like the right fit for you. Whether that is ongoing long term therapy as part of your mental health maintenance and support, or a more short term, couple of months scenario.
